Our painting contractor work truly stands the test of time, shown below is 6399 Wilshire Blvd, we completed the exterior waterproofing, epoxy injection, deck coating and all the steel window trim painting in 1994. All the original steel windows where painted by Parker using a high quality two component aliphatic urethane paint. After nineteen years the thousands of steel windows still have no chalking, peeling or rusting even on the south side the longest exposure to southern California sun. The walls remain waterproof with the elastomeric paint coating well bonded and non chalking.

The picture above left was taken in 1994. This picture on the right was taken in 2012, nineteen years after we completed the the exterior commercial painting of 6399 Wilshire Blvd. It has not been painted since our job. The sons of older crew members who are now on the crews complain that they may never get to commercially paint the buildings that we have completed because our paint jobs last so long. They will just have to settle for painting the buildings across the street, depicted above. We never compromise on commercial painting quality, our clients assets deserve nothing less.

We completed this concrete spall repair and waterproof coating job in early 1997 using our own scaffold equipment. Notice the complicated geometry of the cast concrete eyebrows, over four thousand gallons of Sika primer and coating was applied. The high quality Elastomeric Coating used has far surpassed the ten year warranty period by more than ten years showing no failure at all. The building facades have not been touched up or repainted, they have not even been washed or cleaned since 1997 to remove more than nineteen years of dirt build up, stains and harmful chlorides. It remains waterproof with no dis-bonded coating and stands tall as eminent proof of maintenance money well spent. We can do the same for your investment.
